Head of Bashkiria spoke about plans to expand cooperation between region and KAMAZ

On July 9, the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov in Yekaterinburg on the sidelines of the 14th international industrial exhibition "Innoprom" held a working meeting with the General Director of KAMAZ PJSC Sergei Kogogin. Plans for cooperation between the Russian auto giant and the region were discussed there.

“We have three large enterprises located within the KAMAZ circuit. We agreed that we will hold a meeting of the working group in Neftekamsk next week. We plan to discuss promoting our enterprises and finding partners for them. We want to show our innovative products,” noted Radiy Khabirov.

The head of Bashkiria said that this year at Innoprom, the republic is showing new electric motors from enterprises, the production of which has been established in Bashkiria.

“Previously, they were bought entirely only in China. Now we produce about 2-3 tens of thousands per month. These are electric motors that are needed everywhere in household appliances. But if we talk about military equipment, every FPV drone flies on these electric motors. This is a new innovative production.

Moreover, the depth of creation is very high. We make the bearings for these motors ourselves; we wind the wire, and we can regulate the power of these motors. The Innoprom Forum promotes our enterprises and industry, " said Radiy Khabirov.

PJSC KAMAZ is the largest manufacturer of heavy trucks in the Russian Federation. The company is part of the Rostec Group of Companies.

There are 3 KAMAZ enterprises operating in Bashkortostan: Tuymazinsky concrete truck plant, NefAZ, and BelZAN. The production chain of KAMAZ PJSC includes 54 enterprises located in the republic.
