

Bashkiria is one of the most industrialized regions of Russia, which not only keeps up with the times but also implements many things ahead of schedule. This was stated by the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, Sergey Katyrin, at a meeting with the Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic, Andrey Nazarov, held as part of the International Exhibition "Innoprom-2024." The press service of the government of Bashkortostan reported this.
“A lot has happened in the republic this year, including developments. They relate to innovative development in the region and at enterprises. As for supporting our fighters, wonderful things have also been done in this direction,” commented the head of the federal Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Andrey Nazarov noted that the business community actively contributes to the region’s achievements. It actively participates in the development of state investment policy and the formation of measures to support business and other activities. As a result, over five years, investments in Bashkiria have grown by more than 50%, and the number of ongoing investment projects today exceeds 2,000. Last year, the volume of investments in the republic’s economy increased by 7.6%, reaching 620 billion rubles.
