This includes 254.4 thousand tons of grains and oilseeds, of which more than half was wheat (133.7 thousand tons). Kazakhstan and Tunisia mainly bought wheat from Bashkiria.

There are 106 exporters of agricultural products in the republic, and there are more and more of them.
“Agro-industrial complex enterprises in the region have great export potential. The republic has enough capacity to feed itself and others. Therefore, we will continue this work. This will help maintain our agriculture's sustainability and stable development,” said the Head of Bashkiria Radiy Khabirov.
