Radiy Khabirov reviewed five business initiatives at Investment Hour session

Today, June 20, the Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, held an Investment Hour session at the House of the Republic. The session discussed several new initiatives in various sectors of the economy and social sphere.

The General Director of the Yuksi Park company, Tatyana Kosentsova, presented a project for constructing a secondary school with 300 places and a kindergarten with 140 places in the village of Nagaevo.

A site for building construction has already been selected in Nagaevo, and cadastral work has also been carried out.

The Investment Committee of Bashkortostan approved the investment project. As support measures, the investor will receive tax benefits. The Ufa administration will also assist in registering the land plot.

The director of the SPORT LIFE company, Robert Baykov, presented the project to construct a 350 million ruble multifunctional sports facilities complex in the village of Zubovo, Ufa district.

They plan to build outdoor and indoor sports grounds, including football and hockey fields, on a 4.9-hectare site. The first stage of the project will be completed in 2025. After the complex's launch, 90 specialists will work there.

After the discussion, the republic's investment committee assigned the project priority status and provided tax benefits. The administration of the Ufa region will also assist in registering a land plot for the construction of the complex.

Road operating enterprise No. 103 plans to create a new production site in the Iglinsky district—“Road Production Association—Baltika.” The site will employ over 60 people and produce asphalt concrete mixture, bitumen, and crushed stone. Its launch is scheduled for 2026. The total investment volume will be 1.5 billion rubles.

The region's investment committee approved the project presented. The investor will receive tax benefits and be reimbursed for part of the costs of creating engineering infrastructure. The administration of the Iglinsky district will assist in registering a land plot for construction.

The StroyZakaz company plans to open a roadside service complex in the Sterlitamak region. Its director, Evgeny Pchelin, presented at Invest Hour a project worth 90 million rubles to create 37 new jobs.

After the discussion, the Bashkortostan investment committee assigned the project priority status and provided tax benefits. The investor will be reimbursed for part of the costs of constructing engineering and transport infrastructure.

Individual entrepreneur Arthur Abdullin spoke about the project to develop a recreation area on Lake Krasivoy's shore in the Ufa Demsky district. The initiative will expand the existing “Beautiful Polyana” recreation center with a hotel, cafe, and equipped beach.

The total investment in creating a tourist facility will be 87 million rubles. Construction will proceed in stages until 2025 when 26 new jobs will appear here.
