Municipal property managing procedure has changed in Ufa
At today's 39th meeting of the Ufa City Council, changes were made to the Regulations on the procedure for managing and disposing of municipal non-residential facilities owned by the city.
The changes were adopted to improve the legal regulation of the management and disposal of municipal non-residential facilities.
The updated Regulations will simplify the provision of municipal property to socially oriented non-profit organizations. Now, the procedure for provision is regulated, and the administration of Ufa will create and publish a list of municipal property free from the rights of third parties.
The new procedure will also assist government agencies that provide state and municipal services under the "one-window” principle in Ufa.
In addition, at the City Council meeting, some changes were made to the Rules for land use and development of the urban district, the decision of the Ufa Council on establishing a land tax, the Regulations on the procedure for providing residential premises of a specialized housing stock, and other legal acts.
