

Since the beginning of this year, the supervisory agency has inspected 1,887 batches of plant-based feed exported to the countries of the European Union, the EAEU, China, Mongolia, and Iran. In less than five months, the total volume of inspected and registered batches of sunflower meal and beet pulp amounted to 93,026 tons. This is almost 8 thousand tons more than in the same period in 2023.
The largest sugar producers from the Alsheevsky and Chishminsky districts exported 902 batches of beet pulp to China, which weighed almost 22.9 thousand tons.
From the villages of Chishmy and Mayachny, oil extraction enterprises in Bashkiria, they shipped 884 batches of sunflower meal weighing more than 63 thousand tons to Latvia.
In addition, employees of Rosselkhoznadzor at the State Border of the Russian Federation and transport inspected and processed two consignments of by-products from the processing of sunflower seeds with a volume of 140 tons to Mongolia. The Islamic Republic of Iran inspected 99 feed barley shipments of 6,952 tons.
For comparison, for the same period in 2023, the territorial department of Rosselkhoznadzor inspected and processed 1,489 batches of plant feed with a total weight of 85,139 tons.
The supervisory agency noted that “all batches of feed additives for farm animals have passed laboratory tests in full. According to the results of examinations, feed of plant origin meets the requirements of importing countries.”
As Bashinform News Agency previously reported, Bashkiria exported grain to Iran for the first time. At the end of April, 25 railway cars with feed barley weighing 572 tons departed from the Gafuri region of the republic to Iran.
