Approach to carrying out house renovations will change in Bashkiria

The relevant committee of the State Assembly—Kurultai of the Republic—acquainted itself with the progress of the program to overhaul common property in apartment buildings.

The progress of the program's implementation was examined using the example of Ufa since half of the republic's housing stock is in apartment buildings in the capital.

Emphasis was placed on the need to increase the planning of short-term plans by management companies and careful analysis and control by municipal administrations. When forming a list of works, it is necessary to pay particular attention to apartment buildings in which no major repairs have yet been made. Such houses should be included as a priority in the next short-term plan. Of course, they are considering collecting contributions for major repairs.

They also discussed the need to more actively carry out explanatory work with local residents and jointly make plans for this or that house, considering its real condition. Everyone is involved in this process: residents, management companies, city administrations, and the Regional Operator Foundation.

Earlier, Bashinform News Agency reported that 5.5 billion rubles would be allocated to overhaul apartment buildings in Bashkiria.
