Bashkiria is ready to distribute dried fruits from Uzbekistan throughout Russia

The head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, met with Shavkat Abdurazakov, the khokim of the Namangan region of Uzbekistan. They discussed promising directions for developing regional relations and their readiness to cooperate on joint projects.

Radiy Khabirov said in his telegram channel that one of them is opening a trading house in Ufa to sell textiles produced in the Namangan region.

“We have experience in this kind of work, and I am sure that high-quality clothes from Uzbekistan will become no less in demand. We plan to develop cooperation in agriculture. Today, we discussed the possibilities of importing fruits, vegetables, and dried fruits from the Namangan region. Our republic is ready to become a hub through which dried fruits from Uzbekistan would be supplied throughout Russia. In addition, we offer investors in the agricultural sector the opportunity to implement projects in Bashkortostan,” said Radiy Khabirov.

Radiy Khabirov noted that during the Bashkortostan delegation's visit to Uzbekistan, negotiations with Shavkat Abdurazakov will continue, increasing trade turnover.
