

On May 20, the Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, held a working meeting with the delegation of Uzbekistan led by the Minister of Energy, Zhurabek Mirzamakhmudov. The meeting discussed strengthening cooperation with foreign partners and forming a roadmap for international cooperation.
“We see opportunities for industrial cooperation - this is the electrical engineering industry, as well as the supply of products produced here in the Republic of Uzbekistan, for the needs of Uzbekistan, and the supply or organization of production in the territory of Uzbekistan with supply for the needs of both the Russian Federation and the Republic of Bashkortostan. The second is the development of cooperation in primarily small-scale chemistry, where we see huge potential, knowledge, experience, and technologies available here in Bashkortostan, which can be combined and joint production established in Uzbekistan. There are also preliminary agreements on creating joint industrial technology parks in the Tashkent region of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In all these areas, specific projects, we will work together with our colleagues,” said the Minister of Energy of Uzbekistan following the meeting, answering a question from Bashinform News Agency.
