Belarusian delegation will come to Bashkiria for investment sabantuy “Trans-Urals”

The government of Bashkortostan's press service reported that the Belarusian delegation will participate in the VI All-Russian Investment Sabantuy “Trans-Urals-2024.”

“We continue to build close cooperation with our Belarusian colleagues. In February, the delegation of our republic under the leadership of Radiy Khabirov agreed to implement some investment projects totaling about 50 billion rubles. As part of the Trans-Ural Investment Sabantuy, we plan to discuss with colleagues new areas of joint work to outline promising points of interaction for further fulfilling the task of increasing mutual trade turnover,” said Margarita Bolycheva, Minister of Foreign Economic Relations and Congress Activities of the Republic.

In turn, General Director of BelVEBleasing LLC Marat Khamitsaev expressed confidence in the importance of Belarus’ participation in the Trans-Urals-2024 forum. In his opinion, investment sabantuy in Bashkiria provides a unique opportunity for Belarusian enterprises to demonstrate their export capabilities and find new potential partners. Marat Khamitsaev drew particular attention to the need to search for potential suppliers of raw materials and finished products in Bashkiria. This will allow you to establish personal contacts with companies in the region. An important aspect is also the exchange of experience on business development under the current sanctions from the European Union and the United States against Belarus and Russia.

“Building direct business relations with Russian regions, including Bashkiria, is one of the main foreign policy directions of the Republic of Belarus. We must understand that in addition to federal programs, there are several regional programs in the development of industrial cooperation, cooperation in the fields of tourism, healthcare, education, and other areas of activity in which Belarusian enterprises and organizations can participate,” added Marat Khamitsaev.

As Bashinform News Agency previously reported, the VI All-Russian Investment Sabantuy “Trans-Urals-2024” will be held in Sibay from May 24 to 26.
