The regional department of Rosselkhoznadzor reported that farmers from the Abzelilovsky and Buzdyaksky districts of Bashkiria exported 225 tons of spring wheat seeds to Kazakhstan.
Seed samples selected by Rosselkhoznadzor specialists underwent entomological, herbological, and mycological studies at the Bashkir testing laboratory.
“According to the results of phytosanitary examinations, no quarantine organisms were identified. All shipped products comply with the requirements of the Customs Union and the importing country,” the supervisory agency emphasized.
As Bashinform News Agency reported, Bashkiria exported grain to Iran for the first time. At the end of April, 25 railway cars with feed barley with a total weight of 572 tons departed from the Gafuriy region of the republic to the country of Western Asia.
Let us remind you that within the framework of the national goal of “Decent and effective work and successful entrepreneurship,” the national project “International Cooperation and Export” is being implemented. Its goal is to ensure real growth in non-commodity and non-energy goods exports by at least 70 percent by 2030 compared to 2020.
