Meat processing plant will be modernized in Bashkiria, and recreation center will be built in Ufa

At the “Investment Hour” session, new projects in the economic and social sphere were approved. Entrepreneur Alexander Pavlov spoke about plans to modernize the production of meat products under the Sava brand in the Tuymazinsky district.

The company was opened in 1998. It produces up to 100 tons of meat and sausage products daily—more than 200 items. These are supplied to various regions of Russia, including the Sverdlovsk and Tyumen regions, Primorsky Krai, Tatarstan, and Crimea.

In 2023, the company began purchasing new equipment to increase production volumes and expand the range of products. The modernization of the technological complex is planned to be completed in 2024. The total investment will be about 130 million rubles. At the same time, 80 new jobs will be created.

As support measures, the project received priority status. The investor will also be reimbursed for part of the costs of the purchased equipment.

The Trekhozerye management company intends to implement a project in the tourism sector: building a recreation center near a reservoir in the Kalininsky district of Ufa. General Director of the Management Company Gulnara Latypova noted that, with the support of the Republic Development Corporation, work has already been carried out to coordinate the facility's location.

The new tourist facility will include 15 modular apartments, a conference hall, a restaurant complex and cafe, bathhouses with a plunge pool, two beaches, a children's playground, a barbecue area, and a rental point for tourist equipment.

75.3 million rubles will be allocated to create a recreation center. This will create 29 new jobs.

As support measures, the Investment Committee assigned the project priority status. The Ufa administration will also assist the investor in registering the land plot.
