Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of Bashkortostan Ilshat Fazrakhmanov held negotiations with representatives of the Tanshan Organization of Cross-Border Electronic Commerce in the city of Shenyang from May 15 to 18 as part of the republic's delegation's visit to the PRC on behalf of the head of the republic, Radiy Khabirov. Details are reported by the government of Bashkortostan's press service.
Representatives of a Chinese company are interested in building a plant to process cattle bones in Bashkiria. The enterprise will produce bone oil, which is actively used in the food industry. Another product of this kind is peptone, which is widely used in microbiology as a nutrient medium for growing bacteria and fungi. The plant will also produce bone char to make ceramics and porcelain. In this regard, Ilshat Fazrakhmanov introduced representatives of the organization to the potential of the republic's agricultural sector.
Ilshat Fazrakhmanov underscored the strategic advantage of Bashkiria's geographical location. Situated at the crossroads of Europe and Asia, in the heart of the country, the region offers a prime location for the efficient supply of raw materials from other areas. This logistical advantage could significantly enhance the proposed plant's operations.
