Direct flights may be opened between Ufa and Shenyang

Prime Minister of the Government of Bashkortostan Andrei Nazarov spoke in his telegram channel about a fruitful meeting with the Governor of Liaoning Province, Mr. Li Lecheng. He recalled that cooperation between Bashkiria and China began more than 25 years ago with this province.

Andrey Nazarov reported on a proposal to Li Lecheng to consider opening direct flights between Ufa and Shenyang. This would facilitate logistics for the business community and give impetus to tourism development. The provincial governor supported the idea and instructed him to work on this issue. The Prime Minister also invited Li Lecheng to International Business Week and the celebration of Ufa's 450th anniversary.

“Bashkortostan is focused on further building constructive bilateral relations with Chinese partners. It is gratifying that the intentions of our Chinese colleagues coincide with ours. Mr. Li Lecheng expressed his readiness to implement all the consensuses reached today to strengthen mutual understanding and cooperation in various fields. He emphasized that our delegation's visit was timely because of the growing friendship between China and Russia. Considering that Bashkortostan is a very influential region in Russia and our industrial structures are similar, building joint production chains and technologies benefits both parties. The governor of Liaoning also proposed strengthening cooperation in science, education, and cultural exchange,” wrote Andrey Nazarov.

In a show of solidarity and support, the Prime Minister reiterated his commitment to assisting Chinese entrepreneurs in navigating local markets and ensuring they have a comfortable and conducive business environment. This gesture underscores the warm welcome extended to our Chinese partners.
