Some citizens were exempted from commission when paying for communal services in Russia
In Russia, some citizens were exempted from commission when paying for communal services. Starting June 1, 2024, pensioners, disabled people, military veterans, and large families can pay communal services and penalties for late payments without a bank commission. Deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation adopted the corresponding law.
The full list of categories of citizens is established by order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated April 27, 2024. These include:
- adult members of large families;
- pensioners,
- disabled people,
- combat veterans,
- family members of deceased war invalids, participants in the Great Patriotic War, and combat veterans.
