The head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, discussed implementing a joint project with Tatyana Bakalchuk, CEO of Wildberries, at the World of Opportunities forum. The largest marketplace in Russia plans to build a logistics complex in Bashkortostan, the head of the region announced on his pages on social networks.
“We expect this facility will become an excellent driving force for the development of e-commerce in the republic and neighboring regions. It will open up the opportunity for our small and medium-sized businesses to enter this large market, and new jobs will appear,” said Radiy Khabirov.
Two important issues were discussed during the meeting: the allocation of land for a logistics complex and the details of the agreement on investment intent, which is planned to be signed at SPIEF-2024.
Earlier, Bashinform News Agency reported that Radiy Khabirov headed the Bashkortostan delegation at the international business forum in the UAE.
