On April 23, the official delegation of Bashkortostan farmers, led by Deputy Prime Minister of the Government—Minister of Agriculture Ilshat Fazrakhmanov, commenced their mission in the capital of Azerbaijan.

At the beginning of the day, Ilshat Fazrakhmanov met in Baku with the Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in Azerbaijan, Ruslan Mirsayapov, and the representative of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, Nikita Goncharenko. In a short time, the parties discussed a diverse range of issues.

The parties decided that Bashkir honey had good prospects for increasing supplies. Also, due to high demand, the Bashspirt company will be able to increase its presence in the Azerbaijani market. In addition, the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of Bashkortostan informed about prospects for implementing joint livestock projects.
