More than half of districts have begun fieldwork in Bashkiria

Spring fieldwork started on farms in 33 districts (54 total). According to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Belarus, perennial grasses are being harrowed in the fields of 24 municipalities; work has been carried out on 25 thousand hectares.

Farms in 23 districts fertilize winter crops with mineral fertilizers (34 thousand hectares), and in 20 districts - perennial grasses (22 thousand hectares).

The farms of Askinsky, Buzdyaksky, Duvansky, Dyurtyulinsky, Ilishevsky, Karmaskalinsky, Kushnarenkovsky, Salavatsky, Ufa, Chekmagushevsky and Chishminsky districts have already begun to shut off moisture. This most essential pre-sowing operation was carried out on an area of 5.3 thousand hectares.

The sowing of spring crops in Bashkortostan will cover an area of more than 2 million hectares.
