House of Republic will be renovated in Ufa
In a transparent process, a design organization will be selected through an auction in Bashkiria. Their task will be to develop a comprehensive plan to overhaul utility networks and enhance the internal territory of the House of the Republic at Tukaeva, 46. The starting cost of this crucial work is set at 2.8 million rubles, which will be allocated from the budget of the Republic. This information is readily available on the government procurement portal.
The overhaul is planned for 2025. The list includes overhauling heating, ventilation, water supply, sewerage, electrical systems, and several others. The lining of the retaining walls, the basement of the building, and the steps at the entrance will also be replaced. The surrounding area is also subject to renovation, considering the coordination of architectural styles.
Bashinform News Agency reported that major roof, water, and electricity repairs in Bashkiria would cost 2 billion rubles.
