In Bashkiria, cadastral engineers, commissioned by the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic, prepared 143 land plots with a total area of more than 301 hectares. Subsequently, the department will put them up for auction to be leased to businesses.
According to Rosreestr for the Republic, land plots were formed in the following areas: Abzelilovsky (60 plots), Iglinsky (1), Arkhangelsky (7), Beloretsky (5), Buraevsky (1), Kugarchinsky (2), Tuymazinsky (8), Buzdyaksky (3), Ilishevsky (2), Meleuzovsky (8), Sterlitamaksky (2), Sharansky (2), Belebeevsky (28), Bakalinsky (1), Ufa (1), Chishminsky (3), and in the urban districts of Ufa ( 6) and Sibay (1).
As previously reported, regional investors can register rights to an object within two days.
