Bashkiria exported food peas to China

The volume of food pea exports from Bashkiria to China is growing, as stated by the regional department of Rosselkhoznadzor.

The Rosselkhoznadzor Office for Bashkiria inspected another large batch of food peas prepared by an enterprise in the Chishminsky district for export to the People's Republic of China. The total volume of 72 railway containers with this legume was 1870 tons.

Following the General Customs Administration of the People's Republic of China's requirements, a Rosselkhoznadzor employee took samples from each railway container to conduct a phytosanitary examination. Samples of food peas passed all the necessary laboratory tests.

The research results did not identify dangerous organisms; all products meet the importing country's requirements. Based on phytosanitary conclusions, 72 phytosanitary certificates were issued to export regulated products.

As Bashinform News Agency previously reported, in February of this year, the agricultural producer of the Abzelilovsky district of Bashkiria exported more than 1,800 tons of food peas to China.

Let us remind you that within the framework of the national goal of “Decent and effective work and successful entrepreneurship,” the national project “International Cooperation and Export” is being implemented. Its goal is to ensure real growth in non-commodity and non-energy goods exports by at least 70 percent by 2030 compared to 2020.
