According to the Ministry of Finance of Bashkortostan, as of March 1, 2024, the execution of the republic’s consolidated budget in terms of income amounted to 42.13 billion rubles. Tax and non-tax revenues account for 33.15 billion rubles, and gratuitous receipts (federal budget transfers) - 8.98 billion rubles.
Expenditures of the consolidated budget in January–February were financed for 39.47 billion rubles.
77% of all expenses, or 30.38 billion rubles, account for fulfilling social obligations—salaries to public sector employees and payment of benefits.
In January-February, the republican budget received 35.43 billion rubles, including tax and non-tax revenues - 26.22 billion rubles, and spent 33.5 billion rubles.
As of March 1, local budget revenues amounted to 16.4 billion rubles, of which own-tax and non-tax - 6.92 billion. Of this, 3.57 billion went to district budgets and 3.35 billion to city budgets. Local expenses budgets for the year's first two months amounted to 15.67 billion rubles.
Thus, based on the results of January-February 2024, the budget system had a surplus of about 2.66 billion rubles.
