

The next meeting of the city “Investment Hour” session was held in Ufa. 5 projects were presented for a total investment of about 6 billion rubles, reports the press service of the Ufa administration.
The first business idea is the construction of a wholesale distribution center in the village of Mokrousovo on a plot of land leased by the investor. The volume of investment is 318 million rubles with the creation of 12 new jobs.
One of the largest Russian pharmaceutical manufacturers presented its project. The project supposes the construction of a production and warehouse complex. The total investment volume is more than 5 billion rubles, and 95 new jobs will be created.
The third project involves constructing a plant to produce food equipment in the Demsky district. The investor thus plans to expand production. The total investment is about 53 million rubles, and 7 jobs will be created.
The next project presented the concept of creating a helicopter base and site. As a result, a place has been identified in Ufa for the creation of a helicopter center, and work continues to find a place to organize a helipad. The volume of investments will be more than 100 million rubles.
The final step was the initiative to create a site for tea production. The volume of investments in the project is more than 150 million rubles.
In general, all projects were approved.
