Aggregator and distributor plan to promote farm products in Bashkiria

The regional distributor Forward Market and the federal agricultural aggregator Food Miles signed agreements to join the agro-industrial cluster, the Ministry of Trade RB reported. This agreement will allow companies to strengthen their position in the regional market and optimize logistics processes, commented the Minister of Trade and Services of the Republic of Belarus Alexey Gusev. One of the key tasks is to increase the representation of locally produced goods in both federal and regional retail.

“We, in turn, provide all possible assistance. Since the issue of the representation of local goods is not only the food security of the republic, it also includes the food security of other entities,” the minister added.

Food Miles LLC is an aggregator of farms and local producers, organizing logistics and goods supplies for large retail chains. The service takes care of transportation and sales, document flow and other processes that a farmer faces when working with chain stores.

Forward Market LLC is a distribution company that sells and delivers grocery, confectionery, alcoholic, and non-food products wholesale in Ufa, Bashkiria, and other regions of the Russian Federation.
