Year-round tourist complex will be built near Mount Iremel in Bashkiria

The Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, ordered the leasing of a plot in the village of Nikolaevka, Beloretsky district, to Ecolab-Ural LLC for implementing a large-scale investment project. The corresponding order was published on the official Internet portal for legal information of the Bashkortostan Republic.

The area of the site is 10 thousand square meters.

The order came into force on the date of its signing, March 19, 2024.

As Bashinform reported, in December last year, at the next “Investment Hour” session with the participation of the Head of Bashkortostan, the general director of the Ecolab-Ural company Vasilya Khyzyrova took the initiative to create a year-round tourist complex, “Idel Bashi,” near Mount Iremel in the Beloretsky district.

Previously, the entrepreneur received a federal grant to create modular campsites. With a subsidy of 4.7 million rubles, Vasilya Khyzyrova purchased six guest houses and a bathhouse complex and ordered building materials and equipment for water supply and sanitation. However, as the investor reported, for further work, it is necessary to draw up documents for the land.

Vasilya Khyzyrova also reported that the total investment in creating the camping site will be 48.4 million rubles. Construction will be carried out in stages until 2025. The first phase is planned to open in May 2024.

The project was given priority status with tax benefits. The investor will also receive a lease of land near the village of Nikolaevka, Beloretsky district, and the municipality will assist in preparing the necessary documents.
