Investor in Bashkiria will receive plot without bidding for plant construction

The head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, ordered the allocation of a plot of land with an area of about 10.7 thousand square meters on the street to AvtoGruz LLC without holding a tender. Novorossiysk in Ufa is responsible for implementing a large-scale investment project to construct and operate a valve plant.

The document was published on the official Internet portal of the region's legal information.

Radiy Khabirov instructed the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic to conclude a lease agreement for this land plot with AvtoGruz LLC.

The order came into force on the date of its signing, March 15, 2024.

As Bashinform News Agency previously reported, the AvtoGruz Company, which is starting to build a reinforcement plant in the Demsky district of Ufa, signed an agreement to protect and promote investments with the regional government. The cost of the project is about 158 million rubles. The company will create 24 new jobs. The new enterprise will produce various fittings, including housing construction. Scrap metal is planned to be used as raw material.

As Bashinform News Agency reported, the project was discussed at this year's first “Investment Hour” session. Construction is scheduled to begin this spring, with launch planned for 2026.

In July 2023, the republican authorities significantly simplified the possibility of obtaining state support for investors. One of the instruments introduced was an agreement on protecting and promoting investments. It allows the company to receive an income tax benefit (usually 20%), possibly benefits on the organization’s property, or an investment tax deduction.
