Bashkiria has become the leader in the amount of property available to entrepreneurs on the “Property for Business” service of the SME.RF Digital Platform. Now, there are more than 2 thousand Bashkir real estate properties and land plots for business.

This service helps entrepreneurs, including the self-employed, select real estate of all ownership levels in real-time, familiarize themselves with technical and title documentation, contact the copyright holder, and participate in auctions.

State or municipal property is transferred into possession or use on both compensated, gratuitous, and preferential terms.

“Issues related to land plots or real estate are among the most important when implementing business projects. Property support for the region's SMEs and financial support allow us to develop entrepreneurship successfully in the republic,” commented Rustem Afzalov, Minister of Entrepreneurship and Tourism of the Republic.

“Starting a business is the most difficult period. One of the significant measures to support small and medium-sized businesses in Bashkortostan was a specially developed preferential procedure for leasing state property. Today, SMEs and the self-employed can pay only 40% of the rent in the first year of the lease, in the second - 60%, then 80%, and only in the fourth year will they have to pay 100% of the rent. In addition, the republic uses a preferential coefficient of 0.01 - that is, you can pay 100 times less,” noted Natalya Polyanskaya, Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic.

If a preference is established, the property included in the lists is provided to the business on preferential terms determined by the owner without bidding for at least 5 years. Also, the lessee may exercise the pre-emptive right to purchase it.
