Ministry of Land Property of Bashkiria increased transfers to budget by 2.2 billion rubles
At an extended meeting of the department's board, the Minister of Land and Property Relations of Bashkiria, Natalya Polyanskaya, announced an increase in revenues to the region’s consolidated budget by 2.2 billion rubles compared to 2022. The ministry ensured the receipt of 15.7 billion rubles in non-tax revenues. The press service of the government of the Republic reported this.
The Ministry has worked hard to reduce rent arrears under land lease agreements. In 2023, over 14,000 claims were sent regarding such debt for 1.8 billion rubles. Almost half of them yielded results—the budget received over 500 million rubles.
One of the main social obligations was the free provision of land for privileged categories of citizens. Over 96 thousand citizens have been registered to receive land, of which, as of January 1, 2024, about 76% or 72.7 thousand people have already been provided with plots. In 2023, we managed to reduce the waiting list by 16%.
