In Bashkiria, from 2019 to 2023, under the federal program “Stimul,” 24 roads, engineering, and social infrastructure facilities were introduced within the national project “Housing and Urban Environment.” The regional government spoke about this.
“Over 5 years, more than 14 million m² of housing were commissioned in the republic, of which 2.8 million m² were built as part of the program to stimulate the development of housing construction. Thanks to the national project, 18 new roads, 4 linear engineering infrastructure facilities, a school, and an energy center appeared in Ufa, Sterlitamak, Neftekamsk, Salavat, Oktyabrsky, and Ufa districts,” noted Acting Minister of Construction and Architecture of the Republic of Belarus Artem Kovshov.
In particular, two new roads with a total length of about 1.5 km appeared in the Demsky and Oktyabrsky districts of Ufa. A new school with 825 places was built in Bulgakovo, Ufa district. A new energy center with a capacity of 40 MW, equipped with domestic equipment and automation systems, was launched in Oktyabrsky. In addition, a new water supply facility with a length of 2.7 km was put into operation there, and a main storm sewer collector was built in Salavat.
As the government of Bashkortostan recalled, the republic is the leading region in attracting federal funds under the Stimulus program. The funding is more than 20 billion rubles, including 13 billion from the federal budget.
According to the program, in 2024, the Zaton-Vostochny sewerage pumping station and a sewer collector in the Leninsky district of the capital, a water pipeline in the Kirovsky, Leninsky, and Demsky districts, new roads in the Demsky, Oktyabrsky, and Leninsky districts of Ufa, Oktyabrsky, and others will be built. Thanks to their launch, it will be possible to introduce 1.18 million m² of housing.
Earlier, plans were reported to build 450 roadside service facilities.
