SMEs are provided with benefits for renting state real estate in Bashkiria

Since the beginning of this year, the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic has concluded 22 lease agreements on preferential terms for state non-residential facilities. The benefits provided amounted to 14.7 million rubles.

For comparison, during the same period in 2023, 23 lease agreements for state real estate were concluded with small businesses, the benefits amounting to 2.3 million rubles. Last year, the Ministry of Land Property concluded 130 lease agreements on preferential terms, the benefits amounting to 55.9 million rubles.

The department recalled that SMEs and the self-employed pay 40% of the rent in the first year, 60% in the second, 80%, and 100% in the fourth.

“Also, when calculating rent for the use of state property included in the Republican list of vacant real estate offered for rent or leasing, a preferential coefficient of 0.01 is applied. All this makes it possible to significantly simplify the access of SMEs and the self-employed to state and municipal property within the framework of the requirements of the national project “Small and Medium Enterprises and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives,” commented Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic Artur Amanbaev.
