Ufa enterprise investment project received priority status

The investment project of the ElCom Company, which produces import-substituting products, is included in the List of priority investment projects. This is the plant's second stage for producing industrial housings for electrical products, particularly server cabinets. Previously, such products had to be purchased abroad. The first stage was launched in 2020. As Bashinform News Agency reported, if the plant produced about 20 cases of server cabinets per month at the initial stage, today it is about 400.

The next project will invest about 650 million rubles and create 215 new jobs. The company plans to develop new enclosure lines manufactured by the requirements of industrial and IT companies in Russia. The project received state support through a preferential loan from the Industrial Development Fund, and priority status will allow it to receive tax benefits.

Today, more than 2,000 investment projects are being implemented in the republic, with an investment volume of 1.2 trillion rubles and the creation of 58.4 thousand jobs. In 2023, 370 projects were added to this List.
