3.3 million square meters of housing were built in Bashkiria last year
At the end of 2023, 3.3 million square meters of housing were commissioned in Bashkiria. This is 8.3% more than the 2022 level. In January 2024, 407 thousand square meters have already been commissioned, which is 32% higher than last year, Acting Minister of Construction and Architecture of the Republic Vladislav Sidorkin reported at an operational meeting of the government.
In the structure of housing construction, the share of individual housing construction is about 63%. Among the regions of Russia, the republic is in 7th place in terms of the pace of construction and 2nd place in the Volga Federal District.
Earlier, Bashinform News Agency wrote that the volume of mortgages issued over the year increased by 60% in the republic.
