New valve plant will be built in Ufa
The Avtogruz Company, which is starting to build a reinforcement plant in the Demsky district of Ufa, signed an agreement with the regional government to protect and promote investments. The cost of the project is about 158 million rubles. The company will create 24 new jobs. The new enterprise will produce various fittings, including housing construction. Scrap metal is planned to be used as raw material.
As Bashinform News Agency reported, the project was discussed at this year's first Investment Hour Session. Construction is scheduled to begin this spring, with launch planned for 2026.
The project has been given priority status with tax benefits, and the investor will also be provided with a land plot without bidding.
The government press service reported that the site is being checked for compliance with the necessary parameters.
In July 2023, the republican authorities significantly simplified the possibility of obtaining state support for investors, and one of the instruments introduced was an agreement on the protection and promotion of investments. It allows a company to receive an income tax benefit with the possibility of receiving benefits on the organization’s property or using an investment tax deduction.
