Bashkiria - in leading regions in heat and electricity production
Bashkortostan is one of the country's primary energy centers. According to the Bashkir Statistical Agency, at the end of 2023, the republic took 13th place in Russia and 4th place in the Volga Federal District in electricity production. In terms of heat supply, 6th and 2nd places, respectively.
“I am proud that Bashkortostan is one of the leading energy centers in the country. 5.5 thousand MW of power, 13 thousand km of power lines. And we continue to increase our potential, which is very important,” said the Head of the Republic, Radiy Khabirov.
Earlier, Bashinform News Agency reported that the republic had drawn up a plan to overhaul the power supply systems of apartment buildings for 2024.
