“Eat yours!”: Bashkiria’s agro-industrial complex will present its products in Moscow

At the international exhibition and forum “Russia,” at the exposition of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, “Eat yours!” The Days of the Republic of Bashkortostan will be held on February 20–25. During this week, the region will present on a grand scale all the diversity of the agro-industrial complex, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic reported.

So, at the food court, you can try real Bashkir baursaks. The stalls will sell beef and chicken whites, blueberry crumpets, and drinks. You can taste Bashkir honey and Ivan tea at the Russian tea ceremony. Bashkir producers will bring honey, sweets, meat delicacies, kumiss, and other regional products to the village fair.

On February 23, at the Russian Ministry of Agriculture stand, men will be awarded Bashkir gifts, and there will also be a drawing of vouchers for republican sanatoriums. Acceptance of application forms for the drawing will start at the stand tomorrow. The organizers clarify that only married couples over 18 years old can participate.

“One of the main events of the Days of Bashkortostan promises to be a flash mob organized specifically for the forum by a Bashkir horse farmer. The organizers call the upcoming flash mob superb, but the essence is still being kept secret,” the department’s press service intrigued.
