

The agricultural producer of the Abzelilovsky district of Bashkiria exported 1,810 tons of food peas to China, the press service of the Rosselkhoznadzor department for Bashkiria reported.
Dispatching a large batch of peas to China was controlled by specialists from Rosselkhoznadzor. Selected 70 regulated product samples underwent entomological, herbological, and mycological examinations at the Bashkir testing laboratory.
“Based on the research results, no dangerous quarantine organisms were identified. All products meet the requirements of the importing country. 70 phytosanitary certificates were issued for the export of regulated products,” the supervisory agency added.
Earlier, Bashinform News Agency reported that in January 2024, agricultural enterprises of the Abzelilovsky, Meleuzovsky, Uchalinsky, and Khaibullinsky districts of Bashkiria exported 2,445 tons of edible oilseed flax to Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Kazakhstan, China, Latvia, and Poland.
At the moment, Bashkiria exports its agricultural products to 44 countries worldwide. 59% of shipments are from oil and fat industry products - vegetable oil, meal, and cake.
