Companies from Bashkiria will be involved in energy facilities in Belarus

At a meeting with the Minister of Energy of Belarus, Viktor Karankevich, representatives of the Ministry of Industry of Bashkiria discussed the possibilities of cooperation in electrical infrastructure modernization, including the use of advanced solutions for automation of distribution networks and equipping substations with modern electrical equipment. They also considered the possibility of Bashkortostan companies participating in the maintenance of transformer and reactor equipment at Belarusian energy facilities, Minister of Industry, Energy and Innovation Alexander Sheldyaev said on social media.

“Today, the Bashkir Electric Grid Company purchases power transformers and hydraulic lift supports on the chassis of an all-wheel drive vehicle in Belarus. ERSO HOLDING cooperates with Belenergo on producing and supplying 330 kV controlled shunt reactors. I am confident that our joint efforts will become a solid basis for cooperation in developing the energy complexes of Belarus and Bashkortostan,” wrote Alexander Sheldyaev.

Earlier, Bashinform News Agency reported that Bashkiria and Belarus agreed to cooperate in the construction.
