The Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Bashkiria and the Newsprint Plant of the Mogilev Region of Belarus signed a cooperation agreement to develop wooden housing construction and produce building materials.
The enterprise with which the Ministry of Construction agreed has a wide range of woodworking products; the plant's production capacity allows it to produce about 250 sets of frame-panel houses and 50 sets of houses made of laminated veneer lumber annually.
The document was signed by the acting Minister of Construction and Architecture of Bashkortostan, Vladislav Sidorkin, and the head of the Department for Construction and Sales of Houses and Small Architectural Forms, Alla Kuzmenkova.
“Low-rise and individual housing construction is actively developing in Bashkortostan. This agreement will make it possible to provide these segments with high-quality building materials and focus on producing environmentally friendly materials and using new technologies in construction,” emphasized Vladislav Sidorkin.
