Tatyana Aksyutina

At the end of 11 months of 2023, the volume of goods shipped in the industrial sector of Bashkiria amounted to 2 trillion 137 billion rubles, the government of the Republic reported. At a meeting on the preliminary results of industrial development, Prime Minister Andrey Nazarov noted that the republic historically has a good foundation in many areas of industrial production.

As noted by the Minister of Industry, Energy, and Innovation, Alexander Sheldyaev, at the end of last year, the dynamics of sustainable growth of the largest industrial enterprises of the republic were maintained.

The implementation of priority investment projects continues in Bashkortostan. At the end of 2023, the list includes 85 projects with a total of 474.6 billion rubles.

Alexander Sheldyaev emphasized that enterprises in Bashkortostan are provided with 21 types of state support. Over the past 5 years, more than 8 billion rubles have been allocated to support the industrial sector. In 2024, these measures will continue and amount to 1.2 billion rubles.

A significant amount of support is provided through the Industrial Development Fund of the Republic. Projects are supported within the framework of 24 financing programs through preferential loans, of which 15 are our own, and 9 are through the federal Federal Development Fund. Over the 5 years of the Fund’s operation, 145 projects with an investment volume of 45.4 billion rubles received support. As Bashinform News Agency reported in 2023, the Federal Investment Fund of the Republic financed 47 investment projects worth 3.8 billion rubles.

The Foundation plans to launch a new program to meet the SMO's needs this year. It involves the provision of preferential loans from 1% for 5 years for the purchase of raw materials, including equipment.

Local manufacturers actively use the mechanism of industrial mortgages - today, the region is in 3rd place in Russia in terms of their number. In total, 43 loans were issued for 1.9 billion rubles.

The republic continues to work on state support measures for organizations introducing technological innovations. Since 2022, 242 innovative projects have been supported for a total amount of 535.4 million rubles.

Based on the results of 2023, Bashkortostan leads the country in developing and creating industrial clusters - there are 9 of them in total. Work is underway to develop interregional cooperation and form 8 such clusters with partner regions.

The opening of several new production sites and infrastructure facilities is planned for 2024.

The speaker also spoke about the priority areas of the Comprehensive Industrial Development Program of the Republic of Bashkortostan until 2030. This is the strengthening of technological sovereignty, developing production infrastructure, and forming an effective regional model for staffing industrial growth.
