Apartment buildings overhaul contribution collection exceeded 102% in Bashkiria

One of the most important factors for the successful and timely implementation of a capital repair program is the level of collection of contributions for capital repairs.

The contribution for apartment buildings up to 6 floors is 7.46 rubles/sq m; over 6 floors, it is 8.1 rubles/sq m.

The collection of contributions in Bashkortostan at the end of 2023 exceeded 102%.

In addition, the lawyers of the Regional Operator are actively pursuing legal claims against non-payers of contributions. In 2023, more than 32 thousand applications were filed with the courts for about 500 million rubles.

The Regional Operator’s website has a “Find your debt” section to increase the collection level. This section contains information on premises in arrears.

A personal account, “Yurt,” was also developed and put into operation; a mobile application of the same name was created with a personal account where you can view information about the house, make payment documents, and pay a fee for significant repairs.

Earlier, Bashinform News Agency reported that major repairs of roofs, water, and electricity supplies will cost 2 billion rubles in Bashkiria.
