40 road facilities were inspected in Bashkiria in 2023

State Committee of Bashkiria for Housing and Construction Supervision carried out 111 inspections of 40 construction and reconstruction projects of road construction projects in the republic in 2023. This follows from the draft report on the state committee’s law enforcement practice results, published for public discussion on the official portal of Bashkiria.

As indicated in the report, the department drew up 72 acts on the inspection of capital construction projects in terms of compliance with the requirements of building codes and regulations, issued six orders to eliminate identified violations, and 11 conclusions on the compliance of completed construction projects with project documentation. “In terms of repairs and major overhauls of roads, a planned inspection of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs was not carried out in 2023,” the document notes.

The most typical comments: non-compliance of the transverse slopes of the roadway with regulatory requirements, placement of construction camps in water protection zones, violations of work with the fertile soil layer, non-compliance with the design of the thickness of the coating layers, untimely submission of notice of the start of construction.
