

On January 23, a delegation from Bashkiria will go to Kazakhstan on a working visit. The Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, will head it. This was announced at an operational meeting of the government by the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic - Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy Rustam Muratov.
The large business delegation includes representatives of 70 enterprises and 50 representatives of small and medium-sized businesses. Meetings are planned with representatives of 400 enterprises in Kazakhstan. High-level meetings are also scheduled, including with Kazakhstan's president and head of government.
Rustam Muratov also named the results of economic cooperation between Russia and Kazakhstan. At the end of 11 months of 2023, foreign trade turnover with Kazakhstan increased by 3.1% to $440 million. At the same time, export supplies exceeded $365 million.
Earlier, Bashinform News Agency reported that the 20th Forum of Interregional Cooperation between Russia and Kazakhstan will be held in 2024 in Ufa.
