Expenditures of the Russian federal budget on national projects as of January 1, 2024, tentatively amounted to 2.98 trillion rubles or 99.2% of planned budget allocations, the Russian Ministry of Finance reports.
The highest performance indicators were noted for the national projects “Safe Quality Roads” (100%), “Science and Universities” (100%), “Demography,” “Ecology” (99.9%), and “International Cooperation and Export” - 99. 9%, and “Education” (99%).
Implementation of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment” - 99.8%, “Labor Productivity” - 99.7%, “Culture” - 99.4%, “Comprehensive Plan for the Modernization and Expansion of Main Infrastructure (Transport Part) - 99.6 %, “Healthcare” - 97.9%.
The minimum performance indicators were noted for the national projects "Tourism and Hospitality Industry" - 97.4%, "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation" - 95.8% and "Small and Medium Enterprises and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives" - 92.9%, TASS notes.
