In Bashkiria, large and medium-sized businesses earned 385.1 billion rubles in January–October 2023, 14.7% more than in 10 months of 2022, Bashkir Statistical Agency reports. Remember that this group does not include banks, funds, and municipal and government organizations.
The share of unprofitable companies increased by 2.5%, and their total losses amounted to 26 billion rubles.
The largest increase in revenue was shown by construction - 2 times, resulting in 1.43 billion rubles with losses of 6.9 billion rubles.
In second place in revenue growth are catering and hotels - +70%, in money - 469 million rubles, losses amounted to 22 million rubles.
In third place is cargo transportation and storage: republican logistics companies earned more than 7 billion rubles in 10 months of 2023 - 51% more than in January-October 2022.
In fourth place are private medicine and social services, with revenue growth of 47.6%, totaling 1.09 billion rubles.
Large and medium-sized agricultural businesses earned 6.28 billion rubles. At the same time, the loss amounted to more than 1 trillion rubles, which is unsurprising - this group includes poultry farms, which suffered significantly last year.
The largest volumes of revenue are in industrial production. Bashkir factories received 291.8 billion rubles of net profit (+23.6%), mining companies - 17.53 billion rubles (+34%), and the energy sector earned 15.55 billion rubles (+9.4%).
The income of cultural and sports enterprises decreased by 36% (78.9 million rubles), and the education sector fell by 44% (53.8 million rubles).
The revenue of water utilities decreased by 26%, amounting to 347.8 million rubles with losses of 225.4 million rubles.
Retail trade indicators decreased by 26% - 17.59 billion rubles. Wholesalers' revenue decreased by 5.4%, totaling 11.57 billion rubles.
The financial result of the real estate business turned out to be negative - -332 million rubles with losses of 2.14 billion rubles. Real estate sales grew rapidly last year, but the bulk of real estate companies belong to small businesses, experts explained this surprising result. The same group includes management companies - they earned 2.8 million rubles, suffering 74.9 million rubles in losses.
