Milk production increased by 4.3% over 11 months in Bashkiria

The Ministry of Agriculture of Bashkiria summarized the results of 11 months of 2023 regarding cow productivity and milk production and also compiled a rating of machine milking operators.

Since the beginning of the year, livestock companies and farms have produced 725.1 thousand tons of marketable milk. Three-quarters of the volume falls on enterprises - 551.3 thousand tons of milk.

Based on the results of 11 months, the leaders in the dairy rating were LLC AP named after. Kalinin of the Sterlitamak district, LLC "Northern Niva Bashkiria" of the Ermekeevsky district, SPK collective farm "Hero" of the Chekmagushevsky district, LLC "SP Ashkadarsky" of the Meleuzovsky district and LLC PZ "Lenina" of the Dyurtyulinsky district, a district where the average milk yield per cow per day exceeds 30 kg.

The top five farms in terms of gross milk production included LLC MF "Urozhay" of the Aurgazinsky district, where the gross milk yield exceeded 36 thousand tons; LLC "Northern Niva of Bashkiria" of the Ermekeyevsky district - more than 31 thousand tons; LLC "SP Bazy" of the Chekmagushevsky district - more than 27 thousand tons, LLC JV "Ashkadarsky" Meleuzovsky district - more than 23 thousand tons and LLC AP named after Kalinin Sterlitamak district - more than 22 thousand tons.

Among the operators of machine milking of cows, the best for 11 months was Nina Polyanskaya from the Urozhay MF in the Aurgazinsky district (more than 12.8 thousand kg per cow). Second place went to Nadezhda Nikolaicheva from the collective farm “Hero” in the Chekmagushevsky district (12.4 thousand kg per cow). The third position, with an indicator of 12.3 thousand kg, was taken by Anna Abakumova from Severnaya Niva Bashkiria LLC, Ermekeevsky district. The fourth - from Nina Grigorieva from LLC Salavat, Aurgazinsky district (11.2 thousand kg), and the fifth - from Almira Gataullina from LLC PZ Lenina from the Dyurtyulinsky district (10.7 thousand kg)

Among the municipalities, the first positions in the ranking for milk production were taken by Chekmagushevsky (almost 70 thousand tons), Aurgazinsky (nearly 46 thousand tons), Ilishevsky (more than 44 thousand tons), Dyurtyulinsky (about 40 thousand tons) and Sterlitamaksky (34.5 thousand tons).
