Major repairs were carried out in 662 apartment buildings in Bashkiria

741 types of work were completed in 662 houses in 2023:

– roof repair – 330 apartment buildings;

– façade repair – 76 apartment buildings;

– repair of water supply systems – 30 apartment buildings;

– repair of drainage systems – 28 apartment buildings;

– repair of heat supply systems – 22 apartment buildings;

– repair of electrical supply – 32 apartment buildings;

– repair of gas supply – 20 apartment buildings;

– insulation of attic floors – 29 apartment buildings;

– installation of 18 communal metering devices in 9 apartment buildings;

– replacement of 446 elevators in 165 apartment buildings.

The cost of work under the contracts is 5.5 billion rubles, of which:

– 400 million rubles – funds from the republic’s budget aimed at replacing 221 elevators in 83 apartment buildings;

– 124 million rubles – funds from the budget of the republic and municipalities aimed at repairing 34 roofs;

– 5 billion rubles – owner funds collected for major repairs.

Earlier, Bashinform News Agency reported that the State Duma approved changes to the rules for major repairs.
