Ufa authorities expect investment to decrease in 2025-2026
In the coming years, the Ufa authorities do not expect an increase in investment in the city’s economy, as follows from the speech of Deputy Head of Administration Agaragim Kagirgadzhiev at a meeting of the Council of Deputies. At the end of this year, the volume of investments is projected to amount to 160.7 billion rubles (+1% by 2022).
If 2024 investments are planned to grow by 1.5% to 163.1 billion rubles, economists expect a decrease of 3.6% to 157.2 billion rubles in 2025 and 3.4% to 151.9 billion rubles in 2025.
According to the deputy head of the city for economics and business, industrial production growth in 2024-2036 is planned to be 0.5 - 3.8%, mainly due to petrochemicals and mining. By 2036, industrial production will increase 2.1 times compared to 2022.
The profit of stable enterprises in 2024-2036 is projected to increase within 1-2%. An increase in revenue is expected due to enterprises in the manufacturing industry, construction, wholesale, and retail trade and their reorientation to new markets.
