Housing Code and real estate registration law have changed in Russia
The Federal Law introduces some amendments to the Housing Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law “On State Registration of Real Estate” to clarify the procedures for transferring residential premises into non-residential premises and non-residential premises into residential premises, as well as methods for the reconstruction or redevelopment of premises in an apartment building.
In addition, the Federal Law improves the procedure for introducing, in some instances, changes related to the completion of these procedures into the Unified State Register of Real Estate information.
Earlier, Bashinform News Agency reported that over 15 years, the time frame for registering real estate in Bashkiria has been reduced by 10 times.
