Bashkiria will receive over 200 million rubles to support agro-industrial complex
Bashkiria will receive over 200 million rubles in 2023 to reimburse part of the costs of agricultural producers for creating and modernizing agrarian facilities. Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed the corresponding order.
The allocated 212,214,900 rubles will cover part of the costs in the republic for the construction and repair of dairy farms, agricultural product storage facilities, selection centers, seed production, and breeding.
“The decision aims to develop agriculture and ensure the country’s food security. It will make it possible to provide farmers with additional capacity to increase production to continue to provide citizens with high-quality food products fully,” the government said.
In total, over 7.9 billion rubles will be allocated to the regions. The source of funds was the reserve fund of the country's cabinet of ministers.
Earlier, the Bashinform News Agency reported that in Bashkiria, dairy productivity of farms has increased by 22% over five years.
