Today, December 7, the following “Investment Hour” session occurred at the House of the Republic. Investors presented many initiatives aimed at industry, agriculture, and tourism development to the head of Bashkiria Radiy Khabirov.
The General Director of the Partner Company, Gennady Raznitsyn, spoke about the project to build a complex to produce paving slabs and landscaping elements. The company has similar sites in the Tyumen region and Yekaterinburg.
Gennady Raznitsyn noted that in Bashkiria, there is an increase in demand for products, so he plans to invest more than 2 billion rubles in opening production in the territory of the Alga special economic zone in the Sterlitamak region. According to him, this will create about 100 new jobs. The first batch of products could leave the assembly line as early as 2027.
The founder of the Taurus Company, Zabir Fayzullin, presented to the head of the republic a project to create an enterprise for the complex processing and storage of meat, fish, and agricultural products in Raevsky.
The agricultural enterprise has been operating since 2001, and during this time, the production facilities have become outdated. Zabir Faizullin said he plans to build new workshops for processing meat and fish, berries and fruits, and a vegetable storage facility. Innovations will allow us to increase the volume of products produced and expand the network of our stores. The total investment will be 1 billion rubles. With the commissioning of production at the beginning of 2026, more than 80 new jobs will appear.
Radiy Khabirov assured the entrepreneur that the republic was ready to help him. He recalled that in the region, the Ministry of Agriculture is successfully implementing a program to support the processing industry through which subsidies can be obtained to purchase equipment.
The Investment Committee of Bashkiria approved the presented project. The investor will receive tax benefits and will also be able to reimburse part of the costs of creating engineering infrastructure. The Alsheevsky district administration will assist in registering a land plot for construction.
The initiative to create a year-round tourist complex, “Idel Bashi,” near Mount Iremel in the Beloretsky district, was taken by the general director of the Ecolab-Ural Company, Vasilya Khyzyrova.
Previously, the entrepreneur received a federal grant to create modular campsites. With a subsidy of 4.7 million rubles, Vasilya Khazyrova purchased six guest houses and a bathhouse complex and ordered building materials and equipment for water supply and sanitation. However, as the investor reported, drawing up documents for the land for further work is necessary.
Vasilya Khazyrova also reported that the total investment in creating the camping site will be 48.4 million rubles. Construction will be carried out in stages until 2025. The first phase is planned to open in May 2024.
The project was given priority status with tax benefits. The investor will also receive a lease of land near the village of Nikolaevka, Beloretsky district, and the municipality will assist in preparing the necessary documents.
Earlier, Bashinform News Agency reported that the initiator of the investment project to create a plant for the production of vibrocompressed products in Oktyabrsky, the Kubometr Company, signed an agreement with the government of Bashkiria on the protection and promotion of investments.
